Minnesota Real Estate Agents
Posted in Real Estate, Uncategorized by doko
Quite often, most people decide to make the metamorphosis from renters to home owners. Finding Minnesota homes for sale can be a painless process for the home buyer if they are careful enough to employ a reputable Minnesota real estate agent.
Some folks make the mistake of believing that they can save money by NOT using a real estate agent - and this is a misconception that can definitely cost you extra money when you buy!
This is because there are so many new things for first time home buyers to know about. For instance, a 1st time home buyer can get as much as $30,000 to $35,000 MORE in financing than someone who has already purchased a house in the past! Just understanding this is a critical thing to make certain your lender knows so that when you go looking for real estate in Minneapolis you know how much you can afford to buy.
Minnesota Realtors have unlimited access to the MLS in Minnesota and can thoroughly investigate places that match up with your desires and price range. This will help to guarantee that your Minneapolis real estate purchase is an extraordinary one!

Repair Bad Credit with an Auto Loan
Posted in Credit, Debt, General, Loans, Uncategorized by quad0028
It’s difficult to repair bad credit. Most people looking for a bad credit auto loan have limited choices as to the type of vehicle they can purchase. Although you can purchase a car or truck, you’ll want to make sure that you can afford your payements. Car loans for people with bad credit often have higher interest rates and longer contract terms. Make sure you compare lenders when looking at car or truck loan lenders.

Mobile Home Loans with Bad Credit?
Posted in Uncategorized by jkwent
My good friend from college called me today with questions about mobile home loans. His son is looking for a bad credit mobile home mortgage.
It seems his son has had some problems with medical bills and his credit is lower than it should be. He cannot afford to buy a traditional home, so he is looking at mobile or manufactured homes.
I had to tell my friend that I suggested his son consider renting. There aren’t many good bad credit mobile home programs out there unfortunately.
