Avoid illness with fitness

We all know its worth being fit to ensure we remain healthy, or as healthy as can be, but many of us dont actually do much about it. If you are going to try getting fit, dont rush into too much too soon – remember to warm up properly and to warm down, as most weight loss programs advise, otherwise you are in danger or injuring yourself and then you will be put off ever trying again. You really dont want to cause unncessary injury. The warm up is important for sure, try to perform five minutes of low level aerobic activity and some stretching exercises. At the end of your exercising, remember to cool down again doing some mild aerobic activity and stretching. This prevents you getting stiff and sore.
