Its not hyperbole to say that any topic can these days be investigated using the modern computer, the powerful search engines allow us to quickly find out about people or businesses or just find some info about a topic. In fact the computer and connection need not be particularly good or new. It is possible with such basic kit to access information such as background checks and even criminal records at reverse phone lookup websites. Now that the internet is as widely used and available as it is, there is no excuse at all for every household and place of business not having access. If someone does not have internet access these days they are living without one of the most useful tools available to modern man, and the price you need to pay to get basic access is very small.
