The relatively unregulated marke on the internet is perfect for scammers trying to sell products such as alternative health products which are completely useless, so if youre unsure about someone selling something, dont give them your money or details. Cautious people will run a background check or a reverse lookup which will give you much information about them. You may discover personal and public details civil and criminal records and more allowing you to decide if you can trust the person. There are people online selling legitimate and legal products, of course, but there are also lots of scams and untrustworthy people trying to fool innocent people and take their money. Often people will buy something and never receive the product, other times they will try to fool people into giving them money for something that is almost worthless.
