Meditation technqiues and chakras

Posted in Uncategorized

This is a chakra balancing exercise that requires quite a lot of time – and a certain amount of privacy because it involves sounds. Using these meditation techniques, each chakra responds to a particular sound vibration. If you find this hard to believe, try it out, and you will be amazed.

How To Meditate With Chakra Balancing

Try doing this early in the morning before breakfast.

1. Sit comfortably and do your breathing until it’s soft and natural. Make sure your body is quite relaxed. Relax your jaw.

2. Close your eyes and start to visualize your root chakra. Inhale, and as you exhale let the sound ‘oh’ escape from your lips. Don’t push it out; let it slip out.

3. Do the same with each chakra, going up your body. Some sounds will come quite easily – you may falter over others. Do those again until the sound slips out easily. You should feel each sound resonating with that particular part of your body, like a violin bow.

4. Now go back down to the root chakra.

5. Do this as many times as you like. It can be kind of fun, like playing your whole body as a musical instrument.

6. Make sure you eat something after this meditation, and don’t go out for an hour or two, as you may feel rather floaty.
