Never Forget About The Lower Back

For some reason, many weight lifting routines ignore a very important muscle, the lower back. Although most weight lifters have the same feelings toward the lower back, it’s still a muscle that all routines should cover. It’s the middle of your body and it provides the support and balance needed for the upper and lower body. So make sure that you don’t make the same mistakes that many weight lifters make, which is not strengthening the lower back.
