What Are Contacts After All?

Nowadays many of us are using contact lenses. Many think that they’re ideal substitute for spectacles. But if you ask the same people – what are contact lenses ? , they get a little puzzled. If you too, have the same question? Then, here is your answer.

In one-syllable words contacts are discs made from plastics. They’re awfully thin and in shape of a curve. They’re designed in order to cover the front covering of the eye, more widely known as cornea. The function of a contact lens is to clear vision. Iit does so by targeting the light entering the eye on to the retina.
