If you want to enter this field, you will need to endure 6 months of practical training with a supervisor. You will also need a licence since this field is controlled by each state. The requirements may vary from state to state. Generally, in order to qualify for licensure, the individual must complete an accredited program and pass a certification exam. To keep your license, you will need to always continue your education.
